The Hormone Clarity Kit

DUTCH Plus is a dried urine and saliva hormone test that provides a detailed look at sex hormones and adrenal function throughout the day. It measures estrogen, progesterone metabolites, and cortisol patterns to assess hormone balance and stress response. I won’t lie, it’s not fun, but it is worth it! It’s a simple at-home stool collection with clear instructions and prepaid return shipping. It’s quick, hygienic, and far less scary than most people imagine. It does help to wear a mask while collecting your sample - not glamorous, but very doable. Plus, you only need one sample compared to many other conventional stool tests your gastro might order that require three consecutive days of samples. 

You should wait at least 2 weeks after finishing antibiotics or antifungals to take the test. Probiotics and laxatives should be paused temporarily for a few days before testing. Functional testing is different from conventional testing in that results are much more nuanced and less black-and-white.
