Summer is one of the best seasons for gut and hormone healing, and we’re going to show you how.
The longer days, abundant sunshine, time spent outside, & fresh seasonal food - summer rhythms are built for repair.
But it’s also the season of travel, BBQs, late nights, disrupted routines, and packed calendars that can leave you feeling puffy, exhausted, & bloated.
We’re here to help you find balance. Quiet pockets of summer magic you can tap into to boost energy, banish bloat, and balance hormones by Labor Day.
So you can have your most vibrant, fun, and healthiest summer yet.
Join us for a science-meets-nature workshop where we'll show you simple ways to support your gut & hormones so you can feel lighter, balanced, and more like you this summer.
In this Summer Gut & Hormone Glow-Up, you'll learn:
→ How to take advantage of summer's healing properties
Simple ways to work with your body and sync to summer rhythms using circadian health, cycle syncing, and seasonal living strategies.
→ Gut and hormone support through summer rituals
Learn Ayurvedic habits and practices that naturally support digestion, blood sugar, and hormones during hotter months.
→ Refreshing gut-friendly recipes you'll actually want to make
Including herbal teas and easy summer meals packed with protein + fiber for perfect poops and balanced energy.
→ Travel without the bloat
Your gameplan to stay regular, energized, and balanced on vacations, flights, and road trips.
→ Perimenopause and hormone support for summer
Because fluctuating hormones + heat + stress + disrupted routines = mayhem when you’re already anxious, irritable, and not feeling like yourself.
→ Real-life strategies for busy moms
For those days when the kids are home, routines vanish, and suddenly your "me time" is reduced to 2 minute bathroom breaks.
You'll walk away with:
✓ Practical tips you can start using immediately
✓ Seasonal strategies that support digestion and hormones naturally
